Goodenough College is located in the heart of academic and cultural Bloomsbury. It is within walking distance of all the major London universities' colleges and many museums and galleries including the Dickens Museum, British Library and the British Museum. For further information about Bloomsbury click here.

Some of the famous people who lived in Bloomsbury were Charles Darwin (1809-1882), Charles Dickens (1812-1870) and Virginia Woolf (1882-1941).  An annual arts festival is held in Bloomsbury. For further details visit http://www.bloomsburyfestival.org.uk/

The Brunswick Centre is less than 5 minutes away and it houses an Art House Cinema, ten different restaurants, a great supermarket and a variety of interesting shops.

Eurostar trains which travel to Europe through the Channel Tunnel are a short walk away and there are two underground and three mainline stations within ten minutes walk.

Bloomsbury is also one of the greenest areas of London with plenty of parks and squares.  We say that Goodenough enables you to live in the heart of the city yet feel you are in the country!
